How to use Mission Atlas xD Extract and Verify

Overview

Extract PO fields first, then optionally match the PO against your order documents (Quote, SOW, Contract…) for a full discrepancy analysis. Works on any layout or language.

Steps

1Drop or paste your PO file(s) into the upload zone and click ⚡ Extract Information

2Review the extracted fields — correct any values, hide fields, or save a customer template

3Optional — click "Match against Quote →" on any extracted PO to compare it against your order documents

4Upload the Quote/SOW/Contract, choose fields to compare, then click ⚡ Collate & Match

5Export either phase's results as CSV or JSON

Tips

•Fields and line items are extracted in two parallel passes for better accuracy

•Monetary amounts are normalized — $1,500, EUR 1.500,00, and 1500 USD all display consistently

•European dates (DD/MM/YYYY) are auto-converted to MM/DD/YYYY

•Low confidence fields are inferred — double-check these before saving a template

•Multiple emails, phones, and contacts are extracted and numbered automatically

•Click ✕ Cancel Extraction to stop mid-batch — completed files are kept

•Hover a result card and click ✏ to correct a value — corrections improve template accuracy

•Corrected fields show a "verified" badge and are always saved with high confidence

•Hover a result card and click ◌ to hide fields from exports

•Supports PDF, PNG, JPG, TIFF, XLSX, DOCX, TXT — any layout

•History auto-saves after every successful extraction

•The PO you extracted is reused for matching — no re-upload needed

Customer Templates

•After extracting a new customer's PO, a Save as Customer Template prompt appears — save it to improve future extractions from that customer

•Templates are detected automatically on the next extraction — no action needed. The AI receives layout hints and expected values from the saved template

•Fields that differ from the template are flagged with a ≠ template badge — review these carefully

•Correcting a field via ✏ automatically updates the saved template in the background — templates improve with every use

•Only high-confidence and user-verified fields are stored — private data (PO numbers, addresses, amounts) is never saved to templates

•Three built-in templates are always available: Standard US PO, European PO, and Government / Institutional PO

Matching Against a Quote

•After extracting a PO, click Match against Quote → on that PO's card to compare it against your order documents

•Upload the Quote, SOW, Contract, or any other order document — the already-extracted PO is reused, no re-upload needed

•Only the fields you select are sent to AI for comparison — keeps the match focused and fast

•Monetary amounts, dates, and payment terms are normalized before comparing, so cosmetic formatting differences are not flagged

•Use ← Back to Extraction at any time to return and match a different PO
