Help Guide
How to use the 4C's QA Scorer from start to finish.
1
Set up your company profile
Go to Settings and enter your company name, logo URL, and accent color. Set your business hours and any company holidays — these are used when scoring the 48-hour reply criterion. Set an admin password to lock settings from being changed by other users.
2
Start a new evaluation
Click New evaluation in the sidebar. Enter the rep's name and your name in the Monitored By field. Today's Date is auto-filled but can be edited. Then paste the full email thread — include both customer messages and rep replies in order.
3
Score the interaction
Click Score this interaction. The AI will read the email thread and automatically score all 14 criteria across the 4 sections — Connect, Consult, Close, and Complete. Case # and open/close dates are extracted automatically from the thread.
4
Review and override scores
Review each criterion's score. If you disagree with the AI's assessment, use the Yes / Part / No / N/A buttons to override it. Overridden items are tagged in blue. Section scores and the total update instantly. Criteria marked SFDC default to N/A — verify those in Salesforce and override accordingly.
5
Export the evaluation
Click Export as Excel on the results page to download a formatted report for that individual evaluation. It includes the score summary, per-criterion breakdown, section notes, and coaching summary.
6
Track team performance in the Dashboard
Click Dashboard to see aggregate scores across all evaluations — average score, section averages, highest/lowest, and a full evaluation table. Click Export all evaluations as Excel to download the full dataset as a 3-tab workbook: Summary, Criterion Detail, and Raw Data for pivot table analysis.
7
Load a past evaluation
Click any entry in the Recent sidebar list to reload a past evaluation. You can review it, adjust overrides, or re-export it at any time. All evaluations are saved locally in your browser.

Tips
  • Paste the full email thread including timestamps for the most accurate scoring — especially for the 48-hour reply criterion.
  • Complete section criteria (C2 and C3) are marked SFDC because they require Salesforce verification — always override these manually after checking the case.
  • The AI scores based on what it can see in the email. Use the override buttons for anything that requires context only you have.
  • All data is stored locally in your browser. Use Export all evaluations regularly as a backup.
  • The Raw Data tab in the all-evaluations export is designed for pivot tables — use it to build team and individual performance reports.
  • Forgot your admin password? A password hint is shown on the Settings page if one was set. If you're still locked out, contact info@missionatlasxd.com to request a master reset code.
